Before dispatch
You can cancel any order free of charge before it is dispatched. Call or WhatsApp us on +91 95031 13480 with your order number, or raise a complaint from your account on this website.
If you paid online, the full amount is refunded to the original payment method within 5 to 7 working days.
After dispatch
Once an order has left our shop it cannot be cancelled, but you can refuse delivery or return it under our Return and Refund Policy.
Installation appointments
Please give us at least 4 hours notice if you need to change or cancel a CCTV installation appointment, so our technician can be scheduled elsewhere.
Cancellations by us
Very occasionally we may need to cancel an order, for example if a product is out of stock or a delivery address is outside our service area. We will call you first, and any amount paid is refunded in full.
