How long does delivery take?
Same day inside Akola city. Two to three days for the rest of Vidarbha, and up to seven days elsewhere in India.
Can I collect from the shop instead?
Yes, free of charge from either shop, usually within two hours during shop hours.
Do you offer cash on delivery?
Yes, on Akola pincodes and up to a maximum order value. You will see the option at checkout if it is available for your address.
CCTV
Is installation really free?
Yes, on CCTV kits delivered inside Akola city limits. Outside the city it is chargeable and we will tell you the cost before you order.
How many cameras do I need?
Send us a photo of your shop or house on WhatsApp and we will tell you honestly what will work.
Can I see the cameras on my phone?
Yes. Our technician sets up the mobile app before leaving and shows you how to use it.
Do I need internet at the location?
Wi-Fi cameras need internet. If there is none, we can supply a 4G SIM camera that works on a mobile connection.
Warranty and service
What if something stops working?
Bring it to our Tilak Road shop with the invoice. We handle the warranty process ourselves.
How long does a warranty repair take?
Usually three to seven days, depending on whether the part is in stock.
Billing
Can I get a GST invoice?
Yes. Tick the GST invoice option at checkout and enter your GSTIN and business name.
